Fat Grafting for Legs

Many patients in Kenya are asking to have the shape and size of their legs improved. They might assess their legs too skinny, calves not wide enough, or ankles too thin. Are there risks to Fat Grafting legs?

Since we are using your own fat, it is the best substance free of allergic reactions or major complications. Structural fat grafting is less invasive and carries fewer risks than traditional reconstructive surgery, such as a calf implants or tissue flaps. It needs to be considered thou that you might need more than one session to achieve your desired effect.

Fat grafting legs - the procedure

Before the procedure, Dr Stasch will mark the harvest and graft sites with markers to identify where fat will be harvested and placed. We may may harvest fat from one location or several.

After harvesting the fat, a centrifuge can be used for small leg defects to remove unwanted components like oil, water, and blood from the fat. That process refines and concentrates the fat, making it ideal for grafting. Using the Bodyjet WAL Liposuction method, we have an alternative system for larger areas for fatgrafting legs, which doesn’t need a centrifuge.

The harvested fat is then transplanted to its new location with fine cannulas, without leaving scars. The legs are thus being sculped as discussed.

Recovering from Fat Grafting calves, ankles, legs

The recovery from fat grafting depends on the number and size of treated areas. Usually, there will be some swelling in both the donor and graft sites, which ill reduce sgnificantly during the first 3 weeks. All swelling should be resolved within three months, with the donor sites taking longer to subside.

  I went to Dr. Stasch`s marvellous Vitality Fountain clinic today. I went there for recurrent mole mapping, Microneedling treatment and a also vitamin drip i. V.
Feeling like new. This is how Spa and health procedures should be done.
