Burn contracture surgery

Scaring after burn injury can be debilitaiting both aesthetically and functionally. It usually affects the fingers, hands and feet, but also larger areas like the armpit (axilla), or neck, knee or torso. Ideally, good primary wound therapy of an acute burn should prevent contractures – but sometimes patients come to us after many years.
In these cases, we perform more complex reconstructive surgery ranging from skin grafting, flap surgery, Z-plasties and other therapies. Sometimes fatgrafting and local scar therapy will help to make burn scars more supple and allow stretching and better healing.

  I went to Dr. Stasch`s marvellous Vitality Fountain clinic today. I went there for recurrent mole mapping, Microneedling treatment and a also vitamin drip i. V.
Feeling like new. This is how Spa and health procedures should be done.

  I came with no hope as my wound was  really bad. Some docs told me it would not be possible to stitch. Dr Tilman took me in and over a few weeks worked on my wound and stitched it !! Now I’m pain free and the wound has healed !! Thankyou Dr Tilman and your team
